We are all aware of this – the ability to personalise media to fit our tastes and desires explicitly. This is a nice example which also taps into the insight of people using Twitter as an information aggregation tool (The new RSS, essentially)

This is great – colliding a sweet piece of visualisation I first came across in the NYT showing movie box office takings history, now you can look at the tweet history of any keyword: like all good infographics, you don’t need words to do much explaining
We’re doing some fascinating research here at Mindshare at the moment about how people and brands are using Twitter.
What’s coming out that is really interesting is how far different types of tweets travel and the relative value of having lots of followers who just receive tweets vs fewer more active retweeters and the journeys tweets [...]
Can’t help but think that the Twitter ARG is going to be a re-occurring theme over the next few months.
